Delete your account in the app (fastest)
- Open the SecondKoat app and sign in.
- Go to Account → Profile & account.
- Under Delete account, type DELETE and tap Delete my account.
- If it has been a while since you signed in, you’ll be asked to sign in again first.
This happens right away. If you have an order in progress, finish or cancel it first.
Or ask us by email
Email support@secondkoat.com from the email address on your account (or include the phone number you signed in with) with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll confirm it’s you and delete your data within 30 days.
Signed in with Facebook, Google or Apple?
Deleting your SecondKoat account removes the information we received from that service. You can also remove SecondKoat from the apps connected to your account:
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → SecondKoat → Remove.
- Google: myaccount.google.com → Security → Your connections to third-party apps → SecondKoat → Delete all connections.
- Apple: Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → SecondKoat → Stop Using Apple ID.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in details (name, email, phone number, linked sign-in providers)
- All your listings and their photos
- Your profile information and your Stripe payout account (where Stripe allows)
Order and payment records are kept for up to 7 years because tax and accounting laws require it.
Reports you sent about other listings are kept without your name so our safety review can finish. Items you saved (♡) are stored only on your phone and are removed when you delete the app. See our Privacy Policy for details.
