Category, size, condition
Pick what it is, add the brand (any brand, or Unbranded), size and an honest condition.
Set your price
Choose how buyers can pay (online, in person, or both) and whether you can ship.
Preview & publish
Sign in with Google or email, tap Publish. A quick safety check, then it’s live.
Answer buyers
Buyers message you in SecondKoat. Agree a public meetup spot, or ship within 5 days with tracking.
Get your money
Add payout details once in Selling → Payouts. Money is released when she confirms she has the item.
FOR BUYERS
Know the item before you buy.
Every listing shows photos of the actual piece from the woman who owns it. Message the seller to ask “Is this available?”, then pay securely in the app and meet up nearby or have it shipped. Your payment is only released to the seller once you have the item. If it isn’t handed over or shipped in time, you’re refunded automatically. Phone numbers stay private: contact details typed in chat are hidden.

Common questions
Do I send my clothes to SecondKoat?
No. SecondKoat is a marketplace, not a consignment store. You keep your items at home, list them yourself on secondkoat.com, and hand them straight to the buyer at a meetup or ship them to her.
What can I sell on SecondKoat?
Women’s pre-loved clothing, shoes, heels, sandals, bags, belts, jewellery and accessories from any brand, plus new and sealed beauty. Items must be clean, in good condition and shown in real photos. SecondKoat is for women’s fashion only, so men’s and children’s items aren’t accepted.
How do I get paid?
When a buyer pays online, the money is held safely by Stripe. Add your payout details once in Selling → Payouts. Your money is released to your bank after the buyer picks up the item and gives you her 6-digit code, or confirms a shipped parcel arrived. If you allow it, a buyer can also pay you in person at the meetup.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Everything works on the website today at secondkoat.com/shop, on your phone or computer. iPhone and Android apps are on the way.
Can I ship instead of meeting up?
Yes. Turn on “I can ship it” and set a shipping price (or free shipping). Ship within 5 days of the sale and add the tracking number. Buyers farther away can then buy it too.
Will my phone number be shared?
No. Buyers and sellers chat inside SecondKoat, and phone numbers, emails and social handles typed in chat are hidden automatically.
